Global Realty Group, Inc. was founded by a group of international individuals from Panama, the United States and Russia. We were attorneys and businessmen in our past lives and came together to satisfy the need for a full service Real Estate Company in the growing Panama market. Our goals are to be able to serve the growing number of international investors and people who are moving to Panama from other countries to live here permanently by creating a company based on solving the problems that foreigners encounter when coming to this new country. We do so by providing consulting in Sales, Rentals, Management, Financing and Development.

Our Sales Team

In Sales we have a team of experts who showcase Panama’s finest properties, many of which we have an exclusive listing on, as well as others which are generally on the market. In addition we have good relationships with many developers, and can often get a property that our client is interested in that may not have been available otherwise. We endeavor to satisfy whatever our client asks for whether the property they are seeking is a small condominium or several thousand acres of beachfront for their new resort.

Our Sales team comprises individuals with expertise on each of Panama’s many faceted Real Estate areas, including condominiums, single-family homes, beachfront land on the Pacific, the Atlantic as well as the islands in the Caribbean and in the Pearl Archipelago. In Rentals

In Rentals, Global Realty Group has an extensive database of contacts locally as well as internationally though our network of realtors both in the United States as well as in Europe. We also maintain advertising in several international periodicals, which keep a steady flow of customers coming to our door. In Management

In Management, if you own one or multiple units in Panama for investment, or if you would like us to take care of your personal home while you are away, our Realty Management department can make sure you have no worries and the rent will be collected on time. We have an extensive network of carpenters, plumbers, electrician and handymen who can fix any household problem, quickly, professionally and inexpensively. We have good relationships with local attorneys, engineers and Architects and we even have a Lawyer trained at the University of Miami School of Law LLM program for Real Property Development on our team.
